Issue/Introduction

After the SpectroSERVER and OneClick server is restarted, Spectrum Users and Groups no longer have the correct licenses in OneClick.

Environment

Release : 20.2.7 (10.4.3)

Component : SPCOCK - OneClick

Resolution

This is a known issue and is resolved with the Spectrum_10.04.03.D143 patch. Please reach out to Spectrum Support to obtain a copy.
