Is it possible to set a default choice value for chargeback type attribute?

Environment

Release : 15.8

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

The Chargeback Type is not a part of the main Project object, so the attribute cannot be adjusted in the same fashion as others. It is not possible at this point to define a default Chargeback Type through the current design.
