How to change group name from DX SaaS OI?

Issue/Introduction

How to change group name from DX SaaS OI after already created? suppose I have the Service Name "A" and set to assign it to the Assignment group "B". However, I would like to change the group name or the assignment name, how to perform this action? eg:

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI Foundations

Resolution

For now, there is no way to change it by the frontend side, we must change it into SaaS side by adjusting the JSON file. Please raise a ticket in https://support.broadcom.com/ and ask for the changes that you need.
