When accessing the Service Point Mobile App, it is possible to see the More button, but Service Catalog offerings are not shown when clicking on it.
It shows additional Service Desk categories:
CA Service Management 17.2 and higher
It is the expected behavior. Service Point Mobile App is not for Service Catalog offerings.
In the App, the More button is intended to show additional Service Desk categories.
The reference to "Available from mobile devices" checkbox as seen in Service Catalog is for the older CA Service Management Mobile Application, and does not apply to the Service Point Mobile App.
