SPC-OCC-10664: An unknown failure has occurred updating execute action

Issue/Introduction

 When I attempt to update 2 of the Monitored Log configs with an "Execute Action", I receive the error:

SPC-OCC-10664: An unknown failure has occurred. The device may not be responding or the SNMP community string may be read-only.

The device is responding. The SNMP community string is read-write.  I am able to update all of the other fields within the dialog box

Cause

The path to the executable was incorrect in the execute dialog.

Resolution

Validate that the path to the execute action is correct in the Execute Action dialog box.
