When I click Show License Keys, I get the following error message: "The authentication to the configured proxy is required. No credentials were provided".

To resolve, you must add your logon credentials for your site's configured proxy to your User Settings in CA CSM
(1). In CA CSM, click the Settings Tab, then on left under User Settings, select Software Acquisition.
(2). Enter the Userid and Password for your site's configured proxy
(3). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click APPLY to make the change effective.
