Issue/Introduction

Tests are failing to start execution with the following error:

"Your plan is insufficient, please review your billing plan and upgrade options"

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : BLAZEMETER PERFORMANCE TESTING

Cause

This error message, displayed when starting a new test, indicates that other tests running at the time are consuming account resources which prevents the new test from running.

Resolution

Exceeding any of the following highlighted BlazeMeter account plan resources will prevent new tests from starting and result in the generation of the "Your plan is insufficient" error message:

Max ConcurrencyMaximum number of Virtual Users that can run in a single test before VUHs will be charged

Load Engines:  Maximum number of Load Engines that can be running concurrently

Test Duration:  Maximum duration of a test

Total VUHs:  Total Virtual User Hours allowed per billing cycle (usually this will be for year but can be monthly)

Remaining VUHs: Remaining Virtual Users Hours for the period (year/month) - see the BlazeMeter's Credit Types and How They are Charged article for an explanation on how VUHs are calculated

Report Retention:  How long the reports are available

Max Total Parallel VUs:  Maximum Total Virtual Users that can run concurrently from all active tests without incurring VUH charges

Parallel Runs: Maximum number of tests that can run in parallel (within the VUs and VUHs limits)
