CA Deliver - Reports Truncated When Distributed Via Email

Issue/Introduction

CA Deliver reports are intermittently being truncated when distributed via email.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Deliver

Resolution

The report in question was always one page, regardless of the number of lines. 

All other sysout DDs in the job have RECFM=FBA, but this report did not, so it came out as one continuous page, due to not having carriage control.

The client discussed the format of the report with the applications staff, and there were corrections made in the corresponding application program.
