503/lazy upgrade in teamcenter after SP3

Issue/Introduction

 

Upgrade from 10.7 GA to 10.7 SP3 for the APM server.

After the installation there are 503 errors and blank page in Team Center.

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : CA DOI Foundations

Resolution

 

 

introscope.apm.feature.enabled=false had previously been set in IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties

In 10.7 SP3 this prevents the appmap API from loading so Team Center (WebView server) is unable to retrieve data from the Enterprise Manager

The property was set back to true, and after restarting EM and WebView, the Team Center data was loading.
