ERROR - Alert raised, severity:ERROR, priority:URGENT,
category:LICENSE, state:NEW, details:License component Cylance, for device
<Hostname> has, or will, expire on 1970-01-01

There is no license for Cylance of any kind on the device.

Resolution

Go to Utilities>Services, and restart ICAP Services. There will be an interruption in service when this is performed. This will clear and resolve the alert entries.
