Slow performance when editing the matrix

Issue/Introduction

Slow performance in the application when editing the matrix. Always happens after we run our Matrix import XOG. We find that the XOG never completes, and the query to reimport the matrices gets stuck in the database, slowing other queries down.

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

• Configure the custom matrix job to import only incremental Rates by adding  incremental="true" in the XOG. This functionality has been added in 15.4
• After that the XOG always completes successfully and the queries on the database and performance are no longer affected
