Procedure for updating a Rally SAML certificate

Issue/Introduction

SAML certificate changes are sometimes necessary when certificates expire or when there is a need for customers to update certificates for security reasons.

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Resolution

Please open a support case and attach a file that contains the new certificate. 

Please make sure the certificate is in a .crt or .txt format

We will also need to know when you would like the new certificate to take effect. 

 

Standard coverage to perform this operation is available from 2:30AM to 11PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
