Procedure for updating a Rally SAML certificate

Issue/Introduction

SAML certificate changes are sometimes necessary when certificates expire or when there is a need for customers to update certificates for security reasons.

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Resolution

Please open a support case and attach a metadata file that contains the new certificate.  The file must be in metadata format, as our process can not accommodate a standalone certificate.  We will also need to know when you would like the new certificate to take effect.

 

Standard coverage to perform this operation is available from 11 PM to 5 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
