NetOps Portal "Scheduled Report Repository" shows degraded state

Issue/Introduction

NetOps Portal Capacity Utilization degraded in "Scheduled Report Repository"

"Scheduled Report Repository" is degraded and seems to taking around 90% of Capacity Utilization. How can we reduce the capacity utilization?

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases

Cause

We do save Full scheduled reports to the repository for up to many days (configurable in Global Attributes debug page) or if LinkOnly, we save all Scheduled reports.

Resolution

This can be configured in the Global Attributes debug page, to access these attributes go to: http://NetOps_Portal_hostname/IP:8181/pc/center/admin/debug/attrs

and then reduce below Scheduled Report Repository settings accordingly:
