Issue/Introduction

Unable to pull the performance report for the definite time range and due to duplicate robots in the operator console.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM Operator Console - Inventory

Resolution

Delete both duplicated robots then rediscovery following the below steps:

1- deactivate discovery_server
2- deactivate nis_server
3- On the OC go to Inventory > check the box to the left of the two devices > from the three dots drop-down menu select Delete Devices > deselect the three options:
Prevent rediscovery
Acknowledge alarms
Delete measurements
So that none are selected > click OK
4- Go to Admin Console > this robot > controller > View Probe Utility in New Window.
5- select _nis_cache_clean and click the Green Arrow to send the command request.
6- select _reset_device_id_and_restart and then click the Green Arrow to send the command request.
7- The niscache is now clean and the robot is restarting.
