Issue/Introduction

AISSAAIS  started task fails during IPL with the following:

 

AISSAAIS /etc/profile active, Sun Mar 21 00:39:01 EDT 2021

/adp/aisz/aais/AISZSRVR: FSUM9209 cannot execute: reason code = ef076015: EDC5111I Permission denied.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

Common Services ENF/USS started task not fully initialized before AISSAAIS started task.

Without ENF/USS fully initialized, Top Secret cannot secure directories and falls back to native USS security.

Change IPL proc so that ENF/USS is fully initialized, before AISSAAIS started task.
