nas pre processing rule not working or triggering

Issue/Introduction

Nas pre processing rule seemed to be working before but is no longer working. Looking at the nas.log in loglevel=5 shows no indication that the rule is even firing.

Environment

Release : Any GA UIM 

Component : UIM NAS

Resolution

Problem may relate to the ordering of the pre processing rules. Try changing the order by which the pre processing rules fire, by moving the the problem rule to the top the the section of the nas.cfg it belongs to.

-deactivate nas
-make a copy of the nas.cfg
-modify the nas.cfg moving the rule to the top of the section it is contained in (in front of all other pre processing rules)
-save the file
-activate nas
