Error to change status of the comment of KT

Issue/Introduction

When trying to set the status to "close" of a comment on KT, getting the following error:

AHD10407:Status action change is forbidden

Environment

Release : 17.1

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

The details of the 'General Comment' which seems to be an issue in the environment i.e. as per below screenshot

1. Edit and Update the "General Comment" details from the list
2. Tick mark the 'Follow-up Required'
3. Click Save and close the window
4. Try to update the status of the comment in KT and this should work now.
