It can happen that the Vantage Client Schedule List appears empty even if this is not true.
How to bypass/solve this bug?

Most of the time, the solution is to check the content of the following file on the Server:
BrightStor SRM Data > Central > OASchedules.MDB
and if the 1st line of the file is blank, while the other lines are populated and they report the Schedule List, simply remove the blank line.
After that it should work.
