UIM Operator Console - Token cannot be verified

Issue/Introduction

The following error regularly occurs in wasp logs in using UIM 20.3:

 

avr. 13 17:03:12:182 ERROR [https-jsse-nio-443-exec-61, com.firehunter.ump.auth.JWTVerificationFilter] Token is invalid.:com.firehunter.ump.exceptions.JWTInvalidException: Token cannot be verified

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - ALARM VIEWER

Resolution

Please check if there's no security restriction that might prevent wasp probe to communicate to some probe on the primary hub, a firewall may cause a communication issue.

You can also try viewing your JWT token using https://jwt.io/ - can you ascertain whether it has expired or not. You could try (re-) authenticating with the IDP that issued you the JWT token last time, and check.
