Please check if there's no security restriction that might prevent wasp probe to communicate to some probe on the primary hub, a firewall may cause a communication issue.
You can also try viewing your JWT token using https://jwt.io/ - can you ascertain whether it has expired or not. You could try (re-) authenticating with the IDP that issued you the JWT token last time, and check.
