How to use workstation with SAML authentification to connect to DX APM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

In our production tenant we have activated SAML authentication, but how to configure workstation to connect to the environment after this change ?

but for the workstation, previously we used e-mail and password and cloud url 

what parameters are required - the  url does'nt work , and i have no password for my federated user to put in the password field of the workstation )

At present if using a SAML enabled tenant then connection from the WS needs to be done using a token rather than credentials.
