Issue/Introduction

New to Threat Explorer. Every time I log in I briefly see the portal and then it immediately logs me out.
 

Cause

User is not registered

Resolution

The original registering user will need to add additional users to the account.

To do so:

  1. Login to Threat Explorer
  2. Click "Account" in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Looks for the "Add User" section
  4. Fill out their Email, First Name, and Last Name
  5. That will send an email to the user and they should be able to login
    • If they want that user to be an admin their account will show up in the "Account Users" section above and they can promote them to an admin
      • As well as other actions like: Resend Invite Email, Disable or Delete the account.
