File Conversion Utility and File Manager problem for fixed block records; not finding all the records

Issue/Introduction

When we run the conversion data from EBCDIC to ASCII, it is only finding the header record which is fixed length 260. We tried with both copybook we were given and our modified one with redefines removed.

Cause

The copybook did not match the file size or format.

Resolution

Given a copybook for 2021 and the file was a format for 2019.  Once the copybook matched the file, issue resolved.
