AOFNIPMESSAGES parameter is set to YES in OPSSPA00 but the NIP messages are not appearing in the OPSLOG

Resolution

Requirements for OPS to capture NIP messages:

1) Set the parameter AOFNIMESSAGES to YES

2) OPS must complete initialization before JES2 completes its initialization
