Set API Key when creating Application with PAPI（Portal API)

Issue/Introduction

When creating an Application in the API Portal, the API Key is usually created automatically.
There is no procedure to specify the API Key.
In PAPI, it seems that API Key can be specified in the request body when POSTing to Application. 
Is it possible to register any character string as API key?

Resolution

Yes, It is possible to set any API Key when creating an Application with PAPI.
Also, the maximum length of API_KEY is 255.
