Cloud Management Portal - Unable to Edit or Delete AIP Decryption Credential Profile

Issue/Introduction

In your Cloud Management Portal account, you have an AIP Decryption Credential Profile created previously that you need to remove.

However, when you click the Profile Name, you get this error:

"Error Fetching AIP Credential"

If you check the box next to the Profile Name and click Delete, you get this Error:

"Error Removing Detector from AIP Credential"

It's unknown at this time why this occurs, but in some cases AIP credentials need to be removed by our Engineering team.
