Issue/Introduction

We are having problems accessing OpenAPI, we are getting the following login screen once we enter the correct credentials. It seems it refreshes the page and doesn't go through:

Environment

Any

Resolution

a) If NFA/ADA/UCM is integrated:
- Launch ./SsoConfig utility in CAPC and reset the Encryption Algorithm to DES:

SSO Configuration:
1. DX NetOps
Choose an option > 1

SSO Configuration/DX NetOps:
1. LDAP Authentication
2. SAML2 Authentication
3. Performance Center
4. Single Sign-On
5. Test LDAP
6. Export SAML2 Service Provider Metadata
7. Enable FIPS
8. Performance Center Local Password Authentication
9. Enable or Disable a user account.
Choose an option > 4

SSO Configuration/DX NetOps/Single Sign-On:
Anonymous User Enabled: Disabled
Anonymous User ID: 2
Localhost User Sign-In Page Enabled: Disabled
Localhost User Enabled: Enabled
Localhost User ID: 1
Cookie Timeout Minutes: 30
Encryption Decryption Key: xxxxx
Encryption Algorithm: DES
Failed Sleep Seconds: 3
Remember Me Enabled: Enabled
Remember Me Timeout Days: 15
Scheme: https
Port: 8382
Virtual Directory: sso
Allow Single Sign-On in a frame: Enabled

1. Remote Value
2. Local Override
Choose an option > 2

SSO Configuration/DX NetOps/Single Sign-On/Local Override:
1. Anonymous User Enabled:
2. Anonymous User ID:
3. Localhost User Sign-In Page Enabled:
4. Localhost User Enabled:
5. Localhost User ID:
6. Cookie Timeout Minutes:
7. Encryption Decryption Key:
8. Encryption Algorithm:
9. Failed Sleep Seconds:
10. Remember Me Enabled:
11. Remember Me Timeout Days:
12. Scheme: https
13. Port: 8382
14. Virtual Directory:
15. Allow Single Sign-On in a frame:
Select a Property > 8

Property: Encryption Algorithm (Local Override)
Value:
Example: DES
Description: This field specifies the encryption algorithm that is used to encrypt and decrypt the cookie. Either DES or AES encryption algorithm can be specified
Enter r to reset the value, u to update to new value > r

- Do a full DA Sync manually

b)If NFA/ADA/UCM is not integrated:
- Launch ./SsoConfig utility in CAPC and AES can be used but it needs to be set with "Remote Value":

1. Remote Value
2. Local Override
Choose an option > 1

SSO Configuration/DX NetOps/Single Sign-On/Remote Value:
1. Anonymous User Enabled:
2. Anonymous User ID:
3. Localhost User Sign-In Page Enabled:
4. Localhost User Enabled:
5. Localhost User ID:
6. Cookie Timeout Minutes: 30
7. Encryption Decryption Key:
8. Encryption Algorithm: DES
9. Failed Sleep Seconds:
10. Remember Me Enabled:
11. Remember Me Timeout Days:
12. Scheme: https
13. Port: 8382
14. Virtual Directory:
15. Allow Single Sign-On in a frame:
Select a Property > 8

Property: Encryption Algorithm (Remote Value)
Value: DES
Example: DES
Description: This field specifies the encryption algorithm that is used to encrypt and decrypt the cookie. Either DES or AES encryption algorithm can be specified
Enter r to reset the value, u to update to new value > u
Enter \q to quit or \b to go back to previous menu
Valid values:
0. DES
1. AES
Choose an option > 1

- Do a full DA Sync manually
