Issue/Introduction

Attempting to pull latest maintenance using CSM generates error, stating that site id is not applicable to receive the maintenance.

19686 - Quick Product/Release Maintenance Information    - Started mm dd, yyyy H:mm:ss AM CDT 
Request is to get release: X.x
              for product: ____________________ Package - MVS 
           using site IDs: xxxxxx
 
The product ____________________ Package - MVS at release X.x is not available for the following site ID: xxxxxx
 
 Log in to CA Support Online and verify that the product ____________________ PACKAGE - MVS at release X.x is available for download under the following site ID: xxxxxx
 
 If the product is available on CA Support Online, run 'Update Complete Product List' from the Products tab to refresh relations between the site IDs and the products. 
 If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
