CHORUS SOFTWARE MANAGER

Issue/Introduction

Using CSM, attempts to generate a flat file during the apply of CA-JCLCHECK maintenance fails with the message:

"The following missing FMIDs can be found in the product or releases hidden from the product tree"

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : Chorus Software Manager

Cause

The cause of this condition is due to the GroupExtend option being selected for the Apply (along with Generate Flat File) and the customer's licensing name change for the CA-JCLCHECK product.

Resolution

The failure was resolved by selecting 'Offline' along with Generate Flat File.
