SCRT Validation Error message for an export Excel file

Issue/Introduction

Upload a *.cvs file to the 'SCRT Report Management' site scrt.broadcom.com and got the Validation error message.

Cause

Appears as though the report was opened and possibly edited (using Excel) after being transferred to the persons desktop, and then saved.

This is evidenced by opening the file using Notepad and noticing a set of  ,,,,,,,, characters in each line inserted after the " character. 

Resolution

The extra commas at the end of each line is a telltale sign of an export from Excel. The 'SCRT Report Management' site scrt.broadcom.com does not accept exported Excel files because that act of exporting the file alters it and thus causes it to fail validation. 
  
If the OUTPUT data set in the ISV SCRT Job is transferred directly to the PC then the SCRT Report can be uploaded without problem to the 'SCRT Report Management' site scrt.broadcom.com
