CEMELDAP Started Tasks Fails to Connect to Server

Issue/Introduction

After installing CEM using Datacom the CEMELDAP started task is failing to connect to server.

Error messages received

ETLDP57I CA LDAP Server detected Policy DB version of 3      
ETLDP44I CA LDAP Server connect to DB=CEMEDBU successful     
ETLDP01I CA LDAP Server r15.1 has started                    
ETLDP12I CA LDAP Server debug level set to 0                 
ETLDP16I CA LDAP Server is stopping  433                     
ETLDP03I CA LDAP Server r15.1 has ended                      

 

The task starts, but fails to initializes and ends.

 

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : CA COMPLIANCE EVENT MANAGER

Resolution

The issue was due to automation bringing down LDAP.

This was not related to LDAP itself.
