We have used Servicedesk email id as sender for all reports in Jasper tool but for higher management requirement, can we configure another sender email id? which will help to send reports to higher management through new sender email id.
Please check is it feasible or not and If it's feasible please provide implementation steps with proper KB documents.

Jasper support team confirmed that there is no such option to configure multiple email to send report notifications.
