Installation failure for CA Workload Automation DE

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade/installation, nothing works.

Logs show error.

Install JRE:              D:\Program Files\CA\WorkloadAutomation_R12_2\jre
                          Status: ERROR
                          Additional Notes: ERROR - Error Copying the JRE to the destination directory
                                            Flexeraakz: C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Temp\I1620666960\Windows\resource\jre\bin\server\classes.jsa (The system cannot find the file specified)

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE (DSERIES)

Resolution

There was a software conflict with DynaTrace software that prevented the installation of java components.
