After upgrading a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) to 14.3 RU2, php-cgi.exe crashes with the following error in the event viewer

Cause

An issue in the 17.4.1.1 version of the Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server.

Resolution

Download and install the 17.7.2 version of the Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server on Windows.
