After migrating to cloud, we are not able to launch the SSH sessions, Once we click on the target device the sessions hangs and does not return the prompt, This is happening when we access the server using the external load balancer, if we access the Target devices using the individual server it works fine.
Release : Applies to any PAM release as of October 2023.
We worked with the customer Load balancer team and after following the below steps the SSH sessions were working fine.
-set persistence to source_addr
- remove SSL termination in LB
- remove http profile
