Rally Features not Syncing to Clarity Project

Issue/Introduction

A Clarity project that was previously associated with a Rally initiative.  When associating it to a new Rally initiative, the features of the new initiative are not created in the Clarity project.

Resolution

If the job fails due to an invalid workspace ID or configuration value, verify all the integration property values and enter them again. Check the configuration items below and run the Synchronize Rally job again.

• When associating the Clarity Project to a new Rally initiative please confirm in the Integration Policy that you are using the correct Integration Instance that the integration will connect to (e.g. Rally Workspace id).
• Configure the Integration: Integration Instance: Defines the integration instance to connect to such as a Rally workspace ID. The Synchronize Agile Central job uses this ID to synchronize Clarity projects with Rally investments or portfolio items.
