Issue/Introduction

Events are not getting to Spectrum, but Spectrum appears to be requesting them

Cause

time is out of sync between Performance Center and Spectrum One Click server

Time on One Click server is ahead of the time on the Performance Center system; in this case

That endtime 1620398325 is "Fri May  7 10:38:45 EDT 2021", but the call comes in at "2021-05-07 10:37:11,160".
OC is ahead.

Resolution

  Make sure that the CAPC and Spectrum OC servers are in sync, timewise
