RSP probe not being activated - Max. restarts reached for probe 'rsp' (command = rsp.exe)

Issue/Introduction

We have observed the RSP not coming up 

Logs just shows the message:

Max. restarts reached for probe 'rsp' (command = rsp.exe) 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - RSP

Resolution

rsp.cfg is corrupted

After create a new one from scratch, it worked.

You can restore an old cfg file to have the old settings.
