The Index contents and documents for searches job fails with error in BG log:
Lock obtain timed out: SimpleFSLock@D:\searchindex\clarity\nspider\write.lock
We applied the steps to resolve outlined in the following KB but the job still fails:

1. Navigate to the following folder on an environment which does not have the issue/error:
\searchindex\clarity\nspider
\searchindex\clarity\nspiderfile
NOTE: Check the CSA > Documents and Search > Index Directory for the location of the searchindex folder.
2. Copy the 2 segment files in both folders(nspider and nspiderfile) to the environment having the issue.
3. Run the job.
