A SARPAC job timed out waiting on resource SSOBDYCD.

Resolution
A CA Services consultant reviewed a dump from the problem job, and said that he did not think that there was any issue with View/Deliver.
The problem was with a sort (sorting data) and the input DSN did not match what was to be written out to tape.
