Information required for Idash Migration

Issue/Introduction

Currently have Idash ( Release : 12.1 .00.00.-0427) running on Linux server.  What is the best way to move Idash from the existing server to the newly built Linux server. At the same time would like to upgrade idash to the available latest version. What is the process how to achieve this?

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IDASH

Resolution

It's recommended that you upgrade iDash on the existing machine first, then migrate iDash to the new server with the existing DB.
