Modify default request scope is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

We would like to modify the default request scope criteria, however, when attempting to modify it is grayed out.

Is it possible to modify the default request scope search settings?

 

 

Resolution

The default cannot be modified, that is,

     Edit Request Scope> My Requests

cannot be changed.
