HTTPS Secure Browsing Error Page with Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction
Receiving a error page sometimes after logging into Web Viewer for Secure HTTPS browsing. Recently a rule was defined in the Netscaler for the Web Viewer production and DR VIPs.

Cause
Incorrect Persistence Setting in Load Balancer
Resolution
Different types of persistence work differently on the load balancer. Changed from SSL persistence to Source IP persistence and this corrected the problem.
NOTE: When source IP persistence is configured, the load balancing virtual server uses the configured load balancing method to select a service for the initial request, and then uses the source IP address (client IP address) to identify subsequent requests from that client and send them to the same service

A load balancer VIP instance configuration consists of a VIP/port, a pool of servers, health monitors, and load balancing algorithms.
