Issue/Introduction

When uploading system image to Content Analysis, the system gets stuck in "Verifying"

Environment

Content Analysis 3.1.0.x

Cause

Fixes in 3.1.0, regarding vulnerabilities, may prevent the uploaded image from successfully completing the "Verifying" stage.

Resolution

Utilize the retrieve image option under System > Firmware > Image Retrieval
• Input the download location within the URL box provided
• Press Retrieve Image

Additional Information

In order to escape the endless "Verifying" state, there are two options:
1. Reboot the machine
2. Cancel the current transaction via CLI with the following commands:

CAS> en
Password:
CAS# config
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
CAS(config)# installed-systems
CAS(config-installed-systems)# cancel
  ok

This issue has been corrected in 3.1.2.2.
