Issue/Introduction

Question: Is there a way to restore deleted Protect policies or other items?

Resolution

There is not a way to restore deleted Protect policies and other items in CloudSOC. 

Policies: Can be left inactive and will not affect CASB performance.

Users: Can be recreated manually or re-synced.

Audit Data-sources: Can be re-created and old data re-imported from the source.

 

 

Additional Information

Cloudsoc API's can be used to export the existing Policies (TechDoc: Getting Protect Policies).
