Resolution

1. Execute the program named VSS_REPORTS:

$ RUN NSCHED$:VSS_REPORTS

2. You will be prompted to make a choice between generating a job elapsed time report or an event report; choose event report.

3. You will be prompted for the name of the event log, with the default being NSCHED$:YOUR_SITE.LOG.
    Enter the path to the event log if you have changed it's location from the default; otherwise, accept the default.

4. Now you will be prompted for the beginning and ending dates for the events to be reported. Enter your desired
    beginning and ending dates when prompted.

5. Next, you will be prompted to select the types of events to be included in the report. Enter "U" to select
    user command events.

6. The next prompt asks for selection criteria for the jobs to be reported on, specifically the job name, group name, job type, and username.
    The default is to wildcard each field with an asterisk (*) character which will match against all jobs.  Either accept the default or enter a
    value for each field; the value you enter may also include wildcards.

7. Finally, you will be prompted for the report file name. You may enter a value or accept the default name of EVENT.RPT.

The following is an example of the an event report:
