What log files are needed when a Spectrum install or upgrade fails?

Environment

Release : 20.2.x

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

All Spectrum installation log files are placed in the <SPECROOT>/Install-Tools/LOGS/version_date directory. If the server needs to be restored to its original state, please first zip up this directory to send to support to review.
