PAM-CMN-0426: A request server with the address "hostname\FQDN" already exists. "hostname\FQDN" not added

Getting the uploaded error when trying to enable A2A for a particular server and device.  Even after deleting the device and trying to add again we see the same message.

Cause

Device was not deleted from the database.

Environment

Release : 3.4.1.72

Component : PAM

Privileged Access Management

Resolution

Device was not deleted from the database.  L1 support will need to use SSH debug, connect into the system remotely and manually delete the host from the DB. Once this is completed, go back into PAM and add the A2A device.  The error will no longer display and issue should be corrected.

Workaround:  If the above does not work, create the server in PAM under a different invalid IP.  Once created, edit the server and correct the IP address valid IP.  In some cases, this allows creation so "already exists" does not display and you can edit the IP with the correct IP once created.
