Roadmap sync of Project Name or Sponsor do not refresh

Issue/Introduction

Roadmap synchronization field / attributes Name and Sponsor are not working

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Roadmap
2. Add projects to a Roadmap using import from PPM
3. Go to project list Change Name of a project and sponsor 
4. Go back to Roadmap and use the Sync Linked Items

Expected Results: Changed Name and Sponsor field on the Roadmap Item. 

Actual Results: No change.

Release : 15.8.1, 15.9.0.1, 15.9.1, 15.9.2

Cause

DE60415

Workaround: Manually update the fields on the Roadmap Item. 

Resolution

Resolved in 15.9.3 for the 'Name' field only.

The 'Sponsor' field will need to be done through feature work due to the complexity of the field.  The definition of this field is NOT consistent between the different investment types: Ideas, Projects, and Custom Investment Types (CITs).  Work will need to be done to match the attribute API ID and the associated Lookup. 

This is logged in our Product Backlog but is not yet prioritized. Customers can help us to prioritize this work through the Customer Innovation Program.
