Flyout configuration doesn't change when view selection is changed

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to switch from one view to another, the details Flyout configuration does not refresh.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Open a Project with the Risks module.
2. Click on a Risk to select it or create a risk and fill in the fields, then select it.
3. Click Save As and name the view "View 1".
4. Click the Details fly-out, click Configure, and add various fields to the Fly-out view. Click Save to the View.
5. Close the Details fly-out.
6. Add additional fields to the grid view.
7. Click Save As and name the new view "View 2'.
8. Click Configure and add additional fields to the Fly-out view. Click Save to the View.
9. Close the Details fly-out.
10. Select a row and click the Details fly-out. View the configuration of View 2 for the Grid and Details fly-out.
11. Click the View drop-down and select View 1.

Expected Results: Grid view configuration updates and Details fly-out configuration updates

Actual Results: Grid view configuration updates but Details fly-out configuration does not update

Workaround: Close details fly-out before changing the view selection and re-open the Details fly-out
