Modern UX - Issue with cards truncating text when side scrolling in Board Views

Issue/Introduction

When in the board views, The text of the investment looks fine initially; however, once you start scrolling left or right to view additional columns, when you go back to the original cards, the Title text is truncated. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Navigate to any Board view with enough columns to scroll off screen to the right.

2. Scroll all the way to the right and then scroll back to the left.

Expected Results:  Text in the card should remain unchanged

Actual Results: The text in the card is truncated

Resolution

Defect DE60906 is FIXED in version 16.0
